Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Technology, or related field.
• Several years of technical experience in product development or R&D.
• Ability to lead technical teams and coordinate cross-functional work.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and decision-making skills.
• Experience leading workstreams, sprints, or prototypes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical sprint execution for innovation programs with clear direction.
• Provide day-to-day technical leadership to dotted-line team members.
• Drive execution of projects across assigned focus areas.
• Coordinate with Innovation Core Functions for resources and capabilities.
• Translate priorities into actionable workplans and milestones.
• Support problem solving, prototyping, testing, and validation.
• Maintain communication with managers and stakeholders for alignment.
• Identify risks and dependencies early and resolve them.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of Innovation Execution processes.
