Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Technology or related field.
• Several years of technical experience in product development, systems engineering, R&D, or innovation execution.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and coordinate across direct and dotted-line structures.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Experience leading technical workstreams, sprints, prototypes, or cross-functional projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical sprint execution for assigned innovation programs, ensuring clear direction and timely delivery.
• Provide day-to-day technical leadership to team members reporting through dotted-line relationships.
• Drive execution of innovation projects across assigned technical focus areas.
• Coordinate with Innovation Core Functions to align resources and capabilities.
• Translate priorities into actionable technical workplans, milestones and sprint goals.
• Support technical problem solving, design decisions, prototyping, testing and validation.
• Maintain strong communication with project managers, engineering leaders, and stakeholders.
• Identify risks, dependencies and resource constraints early and escalate when needed.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of Innovation Execution processes, tools, and methods.
• Serve as a technical subject matter expert in assigned innovation domains.
