Teradata is seeking a Principal Engineer, Domain Knowledge, to define and build the next generation of enterprise-scale data discovery, inventory, and metadata management capabilities. You will own architecture and execution for a governed context layer powering AI agents and human analysts across regulated enterprises.

Qualifications

• 12+ years building large-scale data platforms or knowledge management tech.
• 5+ years leading architecture of enterprise data catalogs or discovery platforms.
• Proven track record indexing thousands to millions of assets.
• Strong expertise in metadata modeling, governance, and lineage.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP) is required.

Responsabilités

• Architect and drive enterprise data catalog and metadata platforms.
• Guide semantic search, vector search, and knowledge representations.
• Lead design of metadata models, glossaries, taxonomies, and ontologies.
• Integrate data quality, governance, and trust indicators into catalog experiences.
• Enable AI-driven data discovery and self-service analytics.
