Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field.
• 10+ years of software engineering experience.
• Experience with cloud-native services (AWS).
• Proven leadership and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead Emerging Tech Labs initiatives and experimental platforms.
• Design prototypes, proofs of concepts, and pilots across technologies.
• Guide architecture, patterns, and governance for experiments.
• Provide advanced technical guidance and mentorship to engineers.
• Plan time-boxed experiments with clear learning objectives and success criteria.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture and delivery teams.
