Job summary

IntePros is seeking a Principal Engineer – Robotics Simulation & Digital Twin to build a high-fidelity simulation environment for advanced surgical robotics. You will migrate an existing OR simulator to NVIDIA Isaac Sim and expand capabilities for robotic simulation, digital twins, workflow optimization, sensor simulation, and AI applications.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of robotics, simulation, or engineering experience.
• Strong Python and Linux experience.
• Experience with robotics hardware, CAD, controls, and physics-based simulation.
• Experience with simulation platforms such as NVIDIA Isaac Sim, Gazebo, Webots, Unity, or MATLAB/Simulink.
• Experience with ROS2 and articulated robot simulation preferred.
• Experience with Omniverse, USD/OpenUSD, PhysX, digital twins, or advanced physics modeling highly desirable.

This is a highly technical individual contributor role suited for a hands-on robotics simulation expert capable of defining architecture while directly developing complex simulation and digital twin systems.
