Ladders is seeking a Principal Electrical Integration Engineer - Data Center Infrastructure (REMOTE) to lead electrical integration for complex data center systems. You will translate system requirements into reliable, buildable designs and collaborate with cross-functional teams from concept through delivery.

Location is US-based remote; compensation is $132,400 – $238,400 annually. The role includes vendor coordination, documentation, and quality oversight to ensure schedules and performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline required.
• 8+ years of experience in electrical design and fabrication, with a focus on data center or industrial power systems.
• Proficiency in ECAD tools such as AutoCAD Electrical and integration with mechanical CAD platforms.
• Strong understanding of MV/HV power distribution and lithium-ion UPS systems.
• Experience with electrical analysis tools like ETAP and SKM PowerTools.

For our client, we are seeking a Principal Electrical Integration Engineer - Data Center Infrastructure (REMOTE) to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space.

This role will lead electrical integration efforts for complex data center infrastructure, with a focus on translating system requirements into reliable, buildable designs. The engineer will partner closely with cross-functional teams to drive design decisions, reviews, and product development from concept through delivery. This position also supports vendor coordination, documentation, and quality oversight to help ensure schedule and performance expectations are met.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $132,400 – $238,400 annually
