Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Current Professional Engineer license or ability to obtain licensure in relevant jurisdictions.
• 8+ years of electrical engineering experience, particularly in power generation and mission-critical infrastructure.
• Experience with medium- and high-voltage electrical systems and power-system studies.
• Ability to review confidential U.S. security information.

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer - Mission Critical Power Systems to join the team of a leader in the Energy & Utilities space.

This role will lead electrical engineering efforts for mission-critical power projects, with a focus on large-scale data center infrastructure. The position will partner closely with customers, project teams, and external stakeholders to shape reliable, redundant, and stable power system solutions. The work will span early-stage design through procurement support and utility coordination, helping ensure performance and resiliency in demanding operating environments.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $154,200 – $223,200 annually
