Job summary

Northrop Grumman in Warner Robins, GA, is seeking an Electrical Engineer to ensure production readiness and resolve manufacturing issues on multiple defense programs. The role requires hands-on electronics manufacturing experience, strong troubleshooting, and collaboration across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain.

The position is on-site in Warner Robins, with opportunities to work on PCB design reviews and advanced inspection technologies.

Qualifications

Ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Secret Security Clearance.
Experience supporting electrical engineering activities in manufacturing or test environments.
Ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics, and BOMs.

Responsibilities

Support Circuit Card Assembly production, repair, sustainment and manufacturing across defense programs.
Perform component-level troubleshooting and electrical testing of CCAs using lab equipment.
Analyze defects and implement corrective actions with root-cause analysis.
Lead engineering investigations for production issues and process improvements.
Maintain engineering documentation and PLM-driven changes (ECRs/ECNs).
Participate in PCB design reviews focusing on manufacturability and producibility.
Provide engineering support for robotics, automated assembly, and inspection systems.
