Job summary

Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking an Engineering Technician 1 to join our Warner Robins, GA team. You will support repair, production and manufacturing processes, repairing and maintaining electronic warfare systems and related equipment for mission-critical platforms.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, tolerance for 2nd shift, and ability to handle small parts while wearing safety gear; experience in soldering is a plus. Strong MS Word/Excel skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; soldering, production or assembly experience a plus.
• Ability to work 2nd shift and wear safety gear.
• Ability to handle and assemble small parts and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform production assembly and solder work on electronic and mechanical subsystems.
• Work from diagrams/drawings; use hand/power tools and fixtures.
• Support repair, modification, and testing of electronic/elect Warfare systems.
