You will work with multi-disciplinary teams across global locations, handling hardware and software tasks and ensuring high-quality testing throughout the development lifecycle.

The role emphasizes troubleshooting, RF experience, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a degree in STEM and 8+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 5+ years of experience.
• Must be able to read electronic schematics.
• Must have experience with RF (Radio Frequency) devices.

Responsibilities

• Review product designs and create test solutions that maximize test coverage in manufacturing and service environments.
• Design, analyze, test, integrate, and document hardware of moderate to high complexity.
• Integrate and troubleshoot hardware and software solutions.
• Collaborate with mechanical and systems engineering to ensure electrical design aligns with project goals.
• Ability to reverse engineer existing equipment and document it.
• Support automated test software development and create/verify automated test procedures.
• Present project and technical information to peers, management, and customers.
• Demonstrate strong time management and multitask capabilities and delegate work when needed.
• Develop schedule and budget estimates for engineering activities.
• Apply knowledge of hardware processes, tools, methods, and best practices.
