Paragon Cyber Solutions is seeking a Principal Electrical Engineer to lead the design and development of automated test equipment for MK41 and MK57 VLS programs at NSWC Port Hueneme. The role requires mentoring junior staff, overseeing control software, and delivering reliable test systems, documentation, and training.

The position mandates a 10+ year electronics background, strong analog/digital design skills, and experience with PXI/PXIe and LabVIEW.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM is required.
• Strong electronics debugging skills and knowledge of analog/digital hardware.
• Experience with ATE architecture and test equipment design is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Mentor and coach government and contractor junior engineers and technicians.
• Design new ATE systems and VLS test equipment.
• Oversee control software design and collaborate with software engineers to ensure robust products.
• Support acceptance, installation, checkout, troubleshooting and repair of test systems.
