Principal Electrical Engineer (Finance)



As a Principal Electrical Engineer at Honeywell, you will be a key contributor to designing and developing innovative electrical solutions. You will lead the electrical design process, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, reliable products, and provide technical guidance to junior engineers, fostering continuous learning and development. Your leadership will motivate the team to achieve exceptional results.

You will be part of our R&D organization at our Mason, OH location, working on a hybrid schedule. Your expertise will contribute to creating cutting-edge products that meet customer needs. By collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will define electrical requirements and specifications, ensuring seamless integration and enhancing product performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Lead and drive the electrical design process from concept to production.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define electrical requirements and specifications.
  3. Design and develop complex electrical systems, components, and assemblies.
  4. Perform electrical analysis and simulations to ensure product performance and reliability.
  5. Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers.
  6. Stay updated with industry trends and technologies.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, or mathematics from an accredited institution.
  • Experience in new product development and domain expertise.
  • Ability to analyze and solve complex problems.
  • Effective operation within a matrix organization.
  • Experience working in global teams across time zones.
  • A successful track record in contributing to products and projects.
