$120,000.00/yr - $215,000.00/yr

The Opportunity

The Principal Downstream Marketing Manager is responsible for the development of specific marketing plans and activities for the Pain Stimulation products, which include Spinal Cord Stimulators and Radiofrequency Ablation devices. This role will also be responsible for marketing program(s) to establish, enhance, or distinguish product placement within the competitive arena. Develops business plans and product/program positioning in the marketplace. Oversees market research, monitors competitive activity, and identifies customer needs. Interfaces with engineering, manufacturing, patients, and sales to develop new products/programs or enhance existing product/program(s).

This role is located in Valencia, CA or Arden Hills, MN. This is a hybrid remote role with in office work 3 days a week if you are located near Valencia, CA or would require travel to Valencia once per quarter if you are located near Arden Hills, MN. A relocation package is offered if needed.

What You Will Bring

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and at least 6 years of professional experience in medical device marketing.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience leading strategic marketing initiatives, with a focus on product management and customer insights.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing strategic plans and innovative marketing strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to optimize channel mix and integrate digital systems for enhanced customer experiences.
  • Experience in project and resource management, with a track record of managing complex, cross-regional projects.
  • Ability to influence and build strategic relationships across the organization and externally.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Higher education such as MBA, MPH, or MHA in health policy.
  • Specific medical device experience, particularly in neuromodulation devices.
  • Technical skills related to digital marketing, data analytics, and customer insight tools.
  • Proven ability to influence without authority and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

  • Drive Product Launch Success: Lead the planning and execution of product/program launches, ensuring all marketing materials, sales tools, and training resources effectively convey the product's value proposition and meet launch objectives within specified timelines.
  • Enhance Customer Insights and Engagement: Conduct market research and leverage customer insights to develop differentiated value propositions that address customer needs and position the company as a leader in the neuromodulation market.
