Your Opportunity : Founding Product Marketing Manager

We are seeking our Founding Product Marketing Manager —a master storyteller, strategic communicator, and a passionate advocate for the voice of the customer. This is a unique opportunity to shape a brand from inception, create a new product category, and inspire the world to embrace a more intelligent approach to work.

You will collaborate closely with our founding team to craft compelling narratives, launch innovative features, and establish a distinct voice that stands out amidst the competition.

Key Responsibilities

• Craft the Nummi Story : Work alongside our CEO and CFO to create a bold and differentiated narrative that resonates across all channels.
• Define Our Positioning : Establish and refine our messaging strategy through deep customer insights, competitive analysis, and product vision.
• Own Our Content Engine : Drive the strategy and creation of diverse content including blogs, emails, product launches, and customer success stories.
• Champion Thought Leadership : Engage with industry leaders in sales and technology, translating their insights into compelling content that builds trust and excitement.
• Grow Our Social Presence : Enhance our organic strategy on LinkedIn and position our executive team as respected thought leaders.
• Enable Our Go-to-Market Team : Collaborate with sales to test and refine messaging that resonates with customers and drives results.

What We Are Seeking

• You think in stories and systems : You have experience building positioning frameworks, guiding cross-functional teams, and adapting messaging as market conditions evolve.
• You thrive in zero-to-one situations : Ambiguity excites you. You’ve successfully built brands from the ground up and understand the intricacies of startup marketing.
