Madison Hunt is seeking a Principal for its Digital Infrastructure Value Creation platform, with options to base in New York, Chicago, or San Francisco. This role blends hands-on portfolio leadership with active investment input, shaping strategy and governance while weighing in on live deal activity.

You will collaborate with management on value creation, growth plans, and exit strategies, and you will contribute to a major fundraising effort across platforms.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of experience in private equity or related infrastructure investments.
• Experience leading value creation, governance and portfolio strategy.
• Operating executive experience and strong platform-level judgment.
• Based in or willing to relocate to New York, Chicago or San Francisco.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with management on value creation, governance, partnerships and exit planning.
• Shape and execute growth strategies across platforms.
• Engage in live deal activity—pricing, underwriting and structuring for investments and bolt-ons.
• Support a significant new fundraise with active platform activity.
• Serve as a key link between investment team and portfolio leadership to align strategy.
• Help ensure portfolio platforms are positioned for long-term success.
