The candidate will evaluate opportunities, lead financial analysis and due diligence, and work with senior professionals through execution while contributing to investment committee materials and portfolio growth.

Qualifications

• VP or Principal with infra private equity experience.
• Strong financial modelling and underwriting capabilities.
• Commercially minded with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate new investment opportunities across infrastructure sectors.
• Lead and support financial analysis, due diligence and underwriting.
• Work with senior professionals through transaction execution.
• Prepare investment committee materials and presentations.
• Support portfolio companies and value creation initiatives post-investment.
• Develop relationships with management teams, advisers and market participants.
• Contribute to the growth and development of the investment platform.
