Qualifications

• JD required with a strong academic background.
• 10+ years navigating complex legal and business issues in a fast-paced environment.
• Data Center industry experience.
• Proven ability to negotiate and draft complex commercial agreements.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal advice to revenue, product, and marketing teams on contracts, IP, advertising, and data privacy.
• Review, draft, and negotiate sales, licensing, SLAs, partnerships, and lease agreements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement lawful strategies while reducing risk.
• Manage litigation matters related to sales, product, marketing, and real estate.
• Develop corporate policies and training on sales, product, and marketing compliance.
