Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Principal Developer Experience Engineer to set and drive strategy for agent-driven builds in the cloud. You will decide investment areas, define an extensive agent experience across AWS, and turn it into content, standards, and product direction for service teams.

You will also work hands-on where it matters and lead through influence across product and engineering teams to raise the bar for developers using AWS.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software development experience.
• Knowledge of and experience with cloud infrastructure technologies.
• Experience writing high-quality technical content for technical audiences (e.g., engineers, developers, scientists).
• Hands-on experience building with AI coding agents and agentic tooling.
• Ability to influence product and engineering teams.
