Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. seeks a Developer Experience Engineer to shape agent-driven development on AWS. You will build with agents across AWS services, identify friction, and convert learnings into content, guidance, and feedback that help developers and their agents.

You will document what works, what breaks, and what’s missing, then write blog posts, sample code, tutorials, and product feedback. You’ll collaborate with developer advocates and engineers to raise the bar on agentic content and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent, or experience in software development.
• Experience writing for developer and technical audiences: blog, product documentation, technical information
• 4+ years of building production software experience
• Knowledge of programming or other scripting languages and coding skills (C/C++/C#, Node.JS, Java, Python, PHP, Ruby)
• Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants in real development workflows

Responsibilities

• Build with agents across AWS services to enable agent-driven development.
• Document what works, what breaks, and what's missing; translate into content and guidance.
• Collaborate with service teams to advocate for changes and produce technical resources for developers and their agents.
