Job summary
Amazon Web Services (AWS) ProServe seeks a Principal Delivery Consultant to lead large-scale Healthcare and Life Sciences transformation programs. You will own the technical vision across AI/ML, data platform modernization, and enterprise architecture, guiding senior executives and coaching partner teams.
You will spend ~50% on-site with customer, AWS, and partners in the U.S., shaping architecture and governance for multi-party delivery environments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, or related field.
- 8+ years in enterprise technology architecture delivery with 5+ years guiding architecture decisions.
- Depth in AI/ML, enterprise architecture modernization, or data architecture and engineering with leadership in large transformations.
Responsibilities
- Define and own end-to-end technical architecture for large-scale HCLS transformation programs.
- Advise executives on technology choices and influence decisions across teams without direct authority.
- Drive cross-team alignment and governance, coaching engineers across partner orgs.
- Grow expertise in AI/ML, data engineering, and industry depth for HCLS.
- Lead AI-native delivery through AI-DLC methodologies and multi-agent systems at scale.
