Qualifications

• 10+ years in data science or analytics with strategy-setting experience.
• Deep expertise in causal inference and experimentation at scale.
• Ability to direct product and growth roadmaps using data-backed hypotheses.
• Exceptional executive communication with leaders at senior levels.
• Ability to mentor senior data scientists and set technical standards.
• Experience in payroll, HR tech, fintech, or compliance domains is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the data science strategy for Workforce Solutions end to end and decompose growth into measurable drivers.
• Drive attach, activation, and retention growth through deep analysis of customer behavior.
• Set the experimentation bar and adjudicate high-stakes tests using causal methods.
• Define and own the metric system for workforce performance and growth.
• Synthesize performance narratives and articulate growth drivers and actions.
• Build understanding of customer segments and translate into bets for product/go-to-market.
• Own data architecture and instrumentation powering clean views, and mentor the team.
