• Strong analytic, data modeling, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead in the development and testing of hypotheses across data sets.
• Lead requirements gathering with business and technical staff.
• Define and implement integrated data models to merge sources.
• Design scalable data pipelines for ingestion, cleansing, and transformation.
• Develop production models using Python and R.
• Engineer new data sets and write complex SQL queries.
• Communicate results to cross-functional groups and influence decisions.
• Mentor analysts and contribute to audit and governance processes.
• Collaborate with enterprise areas like Payment Integrity, SIU, and Policy.
