Qualifications

• At least 6 years of applied data science experience with model production delivery.
• Experience taking models from research to cloud deployment, monitoring, and evaluation.
• Strong Python and SQL skills; experience with Spark or distributed computing.
• Experience with AWS SageMaker, Databricks, MLflow or similar tools.
• Ability to evaluate models with limited ground-truth data.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across teams.
• Location eligibility in specified US states.

Responsibilities

• Design, train, test, and deploy identity and record-matching models.
• Develop labeling strategies and evaluation datasets.
• Collaborate with ML engineering and DevOps to deploy models on AWS.
• Monitor data quality, detect shifts, and document methodologies.
• Translate analytics into actionable user stories and measurable targets.
• Mentor colleagues and influence technical priorities.
• Ensure responsible data practices and data lineage standards.
