Job summary

Capital One is seeking a data science-focused role within the Generative AI Systems (Genesis) team to build AI-driven solutions for dialogue, text summarization, and time-series modeling. You will collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to deliver customer-loved products using a broad tech stack including Python, AWS, Spark, and H2O.

You will develop models across the full lifecycle, translate results into business goals, and stay at the forefront of AI/ML

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in a quantitative field plus 5 years analytics experience.
• Master's in a quantitative field or MBA with quantitative concentration plus 3 years analytics experience.
• PhD in a quantitative field.

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional team to deliver a product customers love.
• Leverage Python, AWS, Spark and related stack to reveal insights from large data.
• Build ML models through design, training, evaluation, and implementation.
• Translate complex work into tangible business goals.
