OrthoFi is seeking a Principal Data Product Manager to own the foundational data platform and transform OrthoFi into a data-driven organization. You’ll define ingestion, structure, governance, and serve data across a SaaS ecosystem, enabling analytics, automation, and AI-ready capabilities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management focused on data platforms or data infrastructure.
• 3+ years in a product leadership role.
• Proven track record defining product strategy for central data platforms serving engineers, data scientists, and business users.
• 5+ years in data analytics or data-intensive environments.
• Experience collaborating with engineering, product, and business teams to deliver data initiatives.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, event tracking, and analytics instrumentation.
• Proficiency with SQL and modern data tools (dbt, Snowflake, Redshift, BI tools).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define the multi-year roadmap for OrthoFi’s common data platform.
• Drive requirements for scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and unified data models.
• Design self-service data access patterns and APIs for product/engineering teams.
• Partner with SaaS Product Managers to define metrics and data requirements.
• Standardize event tracking, logging, and schema design across products.
• Build governance practices for data lineage, quality, and documentation.
