Job summary

Footbridge Federal is seeking a qualified test data and simulation engineer in New York to design data sets, build simulators, and align environments with ICDs and system specs.

You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage version control, enforce secure data handling, and support CI/CD practices in defense and mission-critical software projects.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance and ability to obtain SCI.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
• Experience managing large-scale datasets for software testing or systems integration.
• Background in developing or maintaining simulation environments, emulators, or test harnesses.
• Familiarity with Interface Control Documents (ICDs) and system interface validation.
• Experience working with automated testing and CI/CD environments.
• Strong understanding of configuration management and secure data handling.

• Knowledge of SQL, database technologies, and data transformation.
• Experience in Agile or DevSecOps environments.
