Alignment Health is seeking a Principal, Data Governance Platforms to architect and implement enterprise data governance capabilities across metadata, MDM, data quality, and lineage. You will lead platform strategy, enable scalable automation, and ensure governance is integrated into cloud data pipelines and analytics workflows.

The role collaborates with data engineering, enterprise architecture, and governance teams to deliver auditable, production-grade platforms that support AI and analytics

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information management, CS, data engineering, or related field.
• Experience implementing enterprise data governance platforms.
• Healthcare data governance and HIPAA familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define architecture for enterprise data governance capabilities including metadata, MDM, data quality and lineage.
• Lead platform implementation with configuration, integration, testing, and go-live.
• Embed governance into data pipelines and processing workflows.
