Job summary

Symphony is seeking a Principal Data Architect to lead the development and implementation of data strategies, governance, and advanced analytics. You will align data initiatives with business goals, drive data literacy, and promote data-driven decision making across a global organization.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable data solutions, oversee data platforms, and champion regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 10–12 years of professional experience in Data Engineering.
• Ability to design actionable data strategies and governance frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of data governance, compliance standards, and data quality management.
• Experience with AI/ML and predictive modelling.

• Design and implement data strategies aligned with business goals and assess current infrastructure.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to translate business needs into data initiatives and insights.
• Define and enforce data governance frameworks ensuring quality, security, and regulatory compliance.
