Job summary

The role demands eight+ years of experience in thermal systems, CFD/ANSYS modeling, and strong communication skills to support strategic pursuits and industry collaborations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or closely related field.
• Eight+ years of engineering, system integration, or technical product experience.
• Direct experience with data centers or mission-critical cooling products.
• Experience with liquid cooling: direct-to-chip, immersion, or facility water systems.
• Strong understanding of thermal-fluid systems and HVAC/ cooling infrastructure.
• Ability to evaluate entire thermal management systems, not just parts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for advanced data center thermal management and liquid cooling.
• Develop integrated cooling concepts across chips, racks, and facility systems.
• Evaluate architectures, modes, and control strategies for performance.
• Conduct CFD, thermal modeling, and experiment-based validation.
• Create system docs, mode tables, control requirements, and sequences.
• Support validation through lab testing, commissioning, and field evaluation.
• Collaborate with product teams, customers, and leadership on technical direction.
• Present technical topics to customers and industry audiences.
