• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead senior-level engineering projects from concept to implementation.
• Serve as technical lead on data center cooling architectures (air and liquid).
• Assess opportunities for heat reuse and storage in data centers.
• Prototype, simulate, and validate thermal solutions in lab and field.
• Coordinate engineers, technicians, and external collaborators.
• Mentor design team on thermal fundamentals and modeling workflows.
• Document innovations and report to stakeholders.
• Monitor emerging technologies and share at industry forums.
• Travel up to 20-25% may be required.
