Job summary

Deel is seeking a Principal, Brand Design to set the global visual language and brand system for the company. You are a senior individual contributor who will define the creative direction and elevate the studio’s output across teams.

You will influence product and marketing work, mentor peers, and shape Deel’s external perception as a leading payroll and HR platform for global teams. This role offers high impact and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Fifteen or more years of professional experience with a body of work recognized in the industry.
• Demonstrated ability to define a visual language or system that others reference.
• Proven ability to operate as a hands-on maker at the most senior level, without a team reporting in.
• Demonstrated ability to influence executive decisions through creative argument and evidence.
• Proven ability to pioneer AI-forward creative practice, setting how a studio works.

• Talent: Raises the level of everyone around them by working alongside them. Attracts senior talent through reputation and the quality of the work.
• External presence: Represents Deel's creative point of view outside the company.

• Our salary range reflects gross base salary. For commercial roles with commission eligibility, this figure represents On‑Target Earnings (OTE), inclusive of base salary and target commission.
• Salary ranges are quoted in USD as a consistent global reference. Your offer will be localized to your country’s currency using a market‑aligned conversion.
• Final pay is based on objective, job‑related criteria including experience, skills, and location.
• We don’t ask about salary history. Offers are based on the role and what you bring to it.
