Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Principal Industrial Security Analyst 3/CPSO to support a fast-paced, high-profile program. Responsibilities include developing security programs, handling classified materials, and ensuring compliance with DoD regulations. The role requires a Secret clearance and US Citizenship.

The candidate will create procedures, conduct security training, manage access, and coordinate with internal/external stakeholders. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of CPSO, Industrial Security or related experience.
• MS Degree and 4+ years of CPSO, Security, or related experience.
• An additional 4 years of applicable work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's.
• Current Active Secret Clearance.
• US Citizenship.
• Experience with DoD 5205.07 SAP Manual, ICD 705, ICD 704, and/or NISPOM applicable sponsor procedures.
• Experience with DISS, SIMS, and JADE.

Responsibilities

• Develops, and administers security programs and procedures for classified or proprietary materials, documents, and equipment.
• Conducts security education classes and related briefings.
• Investigates security violations and prepares reports specifying preventive action to be taken.
• Works with internal and external customers to support program security.
