Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Principal Industrial Security Analyst 3/CPSO to support a fast-paced, high-profile program with a Secret clearance and US citizenship. The role develops, administers, and enforces security programs for classified materials and coordinates with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities include investigations, policy manuals, training briefings, and ensuring compliance with DoD/NISPOM regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of CPSO/Industrial Security or related experience; MS degree with 4+ years may substitute.
• Working knowledge of DoD 5205.07 SAP Manual, ICD 705/704, and/or NISPOM applicable sponsor procedures.

Responsibilities

• Develop and administer security programs and procedures for classified materials, documents, and equipment.
• Create, maintain, and leverage working relationships with internal and external customers.
• Investigate security violations and prepare reports with preventive actions.
• Prepare manuals outlining regulations and procedures for access control, storage, and records.
• Conduct security education classes and related briefings.
