Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Principal Industrial Security Analyst 3/CPSO to support classified programs. You will develop and administer security programs, oversee access control, and ensure compliance with DoD and government requirements.

The role requires coordinating with internal and external customers and leading security education initiatives. The position requires an active Secret clearance, a Bachelor's or MS degree with relevant experience, and willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6 years of CPSO, Industrial Security or related experience; or MS degree with 4 years of related experience.
• Active Secret Clearance required.
• Knowledge of DoD 5205.07 SAP Manual, ICD 705, ICD 704, and NISPOM sponsor procedures.

Responsibilities

• Develops and administers security programs and procedures for classified or proprietary materials, documents, and equipment.
• Investigates security violations and prepares reports with preventive actions.
• Establishes procedures for handling, storing, and granting access to restricted records and materials; conducts security education classes and briefings.
