Saronic Technologies is seeking a Principal to lead Corporate Strategy within its Corporate Development team in Austin, TX. The role translates market and technology intelligence into strategic choices about where to play, what to own, and whether to build, buy, or partner.

The Principal will work with the executive team, Board, and leaders to shape the M&A pipeline, partnerships, and major investments. A strong track record in strategy or consulting is essential.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of experience in management consulting (strategy practice strongly preferred), corporate strategy, or corporate development.
• Demonstrated track record of shaping major strategic decisions for senior executives; market entry, portfolio moves, M&A or partnerships.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own Saronic’s corporate strategy agenda and drive executive alignment on priorities.
• Build and maintain market and competitive intelligence function.
• Lead build/buy/partner analyses for key capability gaps and recommend actions.
• Develop strategic theses and target landscapes for the M&A pipeline.
• Originate and shape strategic partnerships, including joint ventures and technology partnerships.
• Lead long-term strategic initiatives with Finance and functional leaders.
• Prepare executive and Board materials distilling analysis into clear recommendations.
• Build and lead a small, high-caliber strategy team.
