Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, consulting, or a related field.
• Strong financial modeling skills and experience building complex financial models.
• Significant experience with deal structures, including M&A and joint ventures.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of M&A transactions, from opportunity identification to deal closing.
• Conduct industry analysis to identify acquisition targets and investment opportunities.
• Build financial models to support deal evaluations and proposals.
