Saronic Technologies is seeking a Principal to lead Corporate Strategy within the Corporate Development team in Austin, TX. This role translates market, competitive, technology, and customer intelligence into strategic choices on where Saronic should play and how to build, buy, or partner to gain advantage.

The Principal will work with the executive team, Board, and functional leaders to set the strategic agenda, shape major initiatives, and guide investment decisions.

Competenze

• 7+ years in management consulting (strategy) or corporate strategy/development.
• Track record shaping major strategic decisions including market entry, portfolio moves, M&A, or partnerships.
• Strong problem solving, hypothesis-driven planning, and defensible recommendations.
• Solid financial acumen with market sizing, business case development, and scenarios.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication with executive/board experience.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders across functions without direct authority.
• Experience in defense, autonomy, maritime, or advanced hardware sectors is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA a plus.
