Job summary

Intapp is seeking a Principal Consultant on the East Coast of the USA to lead enterprise engagements for Intapp DealCloud, guiding clients in relationship and deal management transformation.

You will advise senior stakeholders, architect scalable data solutions, and help clients improve how they manage relationships, pipelines, and institutional knowledge across regulatory ecosystems.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of client-facing software implementation experience.
• Experience implementing marketing/CRM software for enterprise clients.
• Strong analytical instincts translating complex requirements into scalable solutions.
• Confidence leading workshops and advising senior stakeholders.
• Experience with law/accounting/consulting firms is a distinct advantage.
• A degree in information systems, business administration, or equivalent experience.
• SQL or relational database knowledge is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex enterprise engagements from discovery through delivery, designing solutions that fit the client's business, not just the brief.
• Advise C-suite and senior stakeholders on platform strategy and data architecture.
• Lead workshops, shape data migration planning, and produce clear design documentation with technical leads.
• Collaborate across product, customer success, and support to ensure what you build lands.
• Contribute to pre-sales scoping and solution design for new engagements.
• Develop design frameworks that raise consistency and quality across the practice.
• Support and mentor junior colleagues, helping elevate the team's delivery standards.
