Intapp is seeking a Principal Consultant for the East Coast US to lead enterprise engagements implementing Intapp DealCloud, guiding senior stakeholders and architects.

You will work across product, client success, and support to ensure solutions land and foster a culture of collaboration and high delivery standards.

Formación

• Five or more years of client-facing software implementation experience on complex enterprise engagements.
• Hands-on experience implementing marketing/CRM software for enterprise clients.
• Strong analytical instincts and ability to translate complex requirements into scalable solutions.
• Confident leading workshops and advising senior stakeholders.
• Experience with law, accounting, or consulting firms is advantageous.
• A degree in information systems or business administration, or equivalent experience.
• SQL or relational database knowledge is a bonus.

As a Principal Consultant at Intapp, you'll lead enterprise engagements for clients implementing Intapp DealCloud, the relationship and deal management platform trusted by the world's leading professional firms. This isn't a configuration role. You'll advise senior stakeholders, architect scalable data solutions, and help clients fundamentally improve how they manage relationships, pipelines, and institutional knowledge.

What You'll Do

• Lead complex enterprise engagements from discovery through delivery, designing solutions that fit the client's business, not just the brief
• Advise C-suite and senior stakeholders on platform strategy and data architecture
• Lead workshops, shape data migration planning, and produce clear design documentation with technical leads
• Collaborate across product, customer success, and support to ensure what you build actually lands
• Contribute to pre-sales scoping and solution design for new engagements
• Develop design frameworks that raise consistency and quality across the practice
• Support and mentor junior colleagues, helping elevate the team's delivery standards

What You'll Bring

• Five or more years of client-facing software implementation experience, with a track record on complex enterprise engagements
• Hands-on experience implementing marketing /CRM software in a client-facing capacity working with enterprise level clients
• Strong analytical instincts and the ability to translate complex requirements into scalable solutions
• Confidence leading workshops and advising senior stakeholders
• Experience wth law/accounting/consulting firms a distinct adantage
• A degree in information systems, business administration, or equivalent experience
• SQL or relational database knowledge is a bonus

Your actual base salary will be determined by factors such as relevant experience, geographic location, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, variable compensation and equity may also be included.
