Intapp East Coast USA is seeking a Principal Consultant to lead enterprise engagements implementing DealCloud, a platform trusted by leading professional firms. You will advise senior stakeholders, architect scalable data solutions, and shape how clients manage relationships, pipelines, and institutional knowledge.

You'll lead workshops, guide data migrations, and collaborate across product, customer success, and support to ensure delivery.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of client-facing software implementation experience.
• Hands-on experience implementing marketing/CRM software for enterprise clients.
• Strong analytical skills to translate complex requirements into scalable solutions.
• Confident in leading workshops and advising senior stakeholders.
• Experience with law, accounting, or consulting firms is a plus.
• Degree in information systems or business administration.
• SQL or relational database knowledge is a bonus.

As a Principal Consultant at Intapp, you'll lead enterprise engagements for clients implementing Intapp DealCloud, the relationship and deal management platform trusted by the world's leading professional firms. This isn't a configuration role. You'll advise senior stakeholders, architect scalable data solutions, and help clients fundamentally improve how they manage relationships, pipelines, and institutional knowledge.

What you’ll do

• Lead complex enterprise engagements from discovery through delivery, designing solutions that fit the client's business, not just the brief
• Advise C-suite and senior stakeholders on platform strategy and data architecture
• Lead workshops, shape data migration planning, and produce clear design documentation with technical leads
• Collaborate across product, customer success, and support to ensure what you build actually lands
• Contribute to pre-sales scoping and solution design for new engagements
• Develop design frameworks that raise consistency and quality across the practice
• Support and mentor junior colleagues, helping elevate the team's delivery standards

What you’ll bring

• Five or more years of client-facing software implementation experience, with a track record on complex enterprise engagements
• Hands-on experience implementing marketing /CRM software in a client-facing capacity working with enterprise level clients
• Strong analytical instincts and the ability to translate complex requirements into scalable solutions
• Confidence leading workshops and advising senior stakeholders
• Experience wth law/accounting/consulting firms a distinct adantage
• A degree in information systems, business administration, or equivalent experience
• SQL or relational database knowledge is a bonus

Your actual base salary will be determined by factors such as relevant experience, geographic location, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, variable compensation and equity may also be included.
