We are seeking a talented individual to assist the Configuration Management CoE, with a strong focus on Common Service Data Model (CSDM) implementation. The Configuration Management Analyst will derive insights from available data and develop recommendations for process improvements. This role supports CMDB updates and analysis, and drives CSDM adoption across IT configuration data.
The Fidelity Enterprise Infrastructure organization is looking for a Principal Configuration Manager. This role will be responsible for enabling configuration management data integrity and facilitating processes that mature the CMDB.
As part of Enterprise Infrastructure, the Foundational Tools Team is driving an improved user experience for our partners by delivering industry-aligned practices, technologies, and data integrations.
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
