Fidelity is seeking a Senior Manager, Advanced Data Analytics and Insights to lead analytics initiatives and shape data strategy. The role partners with data consumers to translate requirements into scalable data products built by data engineers, using SQL, Python, R, and BI tools.
You will design dashboards and reports across Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, Looker, and AWS Quicksight to enable data‑driven decisions.

Position Description
Partners with consumers of the analytics data platform to gather requirements and translate them into clear specifications for data engineers to ensure appropriate data products are developed. Contributes to product design discussions and supports adherence to established product standards during development. Validates and quality-checks newly built data tables to confirm accuracy, completeness, and readiness for use. Builds dashboards, scorecards, and reports using visualization tools including Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, Looker, Amazon Web Services (AWS) Quicksight, and Data Studio. Programs data-processing and analytics components using Structured Query Language (SQL), Python, R, and related technologies to support business‑intelligence needs.
Primary Responsibilities
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Engineering Management, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a closely related field (or foreign education equivalent) and five (5) years of experience as a Senior Manager, Advanced Data Analytics and Insights (or closely related occupation) developing end-to-end data and analytics solutions, spanning Agile development, advanced programming, big‑data querying, cloud technologies, visualization, and cross‑functional insight delivery, to support strategic business and product decision‑making.
Or, alternatively, Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Engineering Management, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a closely related field (or foreign education equivalent) and three (3) years of experience as a Senior Manager, Advanced Data Analytics and Insights (or closely related occupation) developing end‑to‑end data and analytics solutions, spanning Agile development, advanced programming, big‑data querying, cloud technologies, visualization, and cross‑functional insight delivery, to support strategic business and product decision‑making.

Salary: $126,775.00 to $166,000.00/year.

Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
