Fidelity is seeking a Principal Systems Analyst to join our Digital Platforms Technology team in a hybrid work model. You will play a critical role in analyzing business requirements and delivering technology initiatives across teams.
The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical thinking and have at least 10 years of experience in systems analysis. This role offers significant responsibilities and an opportunity to impact the delivery of high-quality digital solutions.

We are looking for a Principal Systems Analyst to join our Digital Platforms Technology team. In this hybrid role, you will operate at the intersection of business analysis, technical solutioning, and project delivery leadership. You will play a key role on a delivery team while also owning end-to-end delivery of initiatives, ensuring alignment across business partners, engineering, and leadership.
You will collaborate closely with Product Owners, Developers, QA, Architects, and business stakeholders to analyze requirements, define solutions, and successfully deliver high-impact digital experiences.
The ideal candidate brings strong analytical thinking, execution discipline, and the ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives while staying hands‑on with systems analysis.
Drives complex, enterprise-wide systems analysis initiatives as a seasoned Principal Systems Analyst (10–12+ years experience), leading cross‑functional technology efforts while also serving as a strong secondary Project/Program Manager—planning, coordinating, and delivering initiatives in alignment with new operating models; combines deep technical expertise with leadership in stakeholder management, execution oversight, and delivery accountability to ensure successful outcomes across business and technology teams.
