Wizards of the Coast in Renton, WA, is seeking a Principal Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to shape governance and automation across our cloud platforms. You will define policy-as-code standards, build guardrails, automate compliance and cost controls, and enable self-service for engineering teams while ensuring security and efficiency.

This senior role requires leadership, deep cloud experience, and a knack for guiding multi‑disciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in cloud engineering, DevOps, or platform engineering, at a principal/staff level.
• Deep experience with AWS/Azure/GCP across multiple platforms.
• Hands-on IaC with Terraform and/or Pulumi at scale.
• Policy-as-code and cloud governance implementation experience.
• Cloud FinOps practices and tooling familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Define and enforce policy-as-code standards and guardrails.
• Automate environment provisioning, drift remediation, and lifecycle management.
• Develop reusable IaC modules and governance-embedded standards.
• Collaborate across platform, security, FinOps, and product teams.
