Job summary

Healthfirst seeks a Principal Engineer, Infrastructure & Operations to drive cloud and operational excellence. You will own enterprise solutions across public and private clouds, building repeatable automation and SOPs while mentoring engineers and coordinating with development teams.

Deep expertise in AWS/AZURE/GCP, IaC, and CI/CD is required, along with strong leadership to push innovation and reliability in mission-critical systems.

Qualifications

• Design and manage Linux/Unix and Windows systems in cloud environments.
• Extensive AWS/Azure/GCP experience and IaC tooling.
• Automation scripting with Bash, Python or PowerShell.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor I&O engineers; drive automation and standardization.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and Onboarding of CI/CD to teams.
• Establish cloud usage standards and governance across public/private clouds.
• Support incident resolution, on-call duties, and performance optimization.
