Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. (CEC) is seeking a Civil Engineering Principal for our Nashville-area Civil Practice in Franklin, TN. You will lead and deliver land development projects while growing client relationships and expanding the Civil/Site practice across Tennessee.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of experience in land development and civil engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and a Tennessee P.E. license.
• Demonstrated success growing new business and expanding client relationships.
• Established professional network within the regional land development market.
• Proven ability to originate proposals and convert client relationships into contracted work.
• Experience providing technical review of civil engineering deliverables.
• Experience preparing proposals, developing scopes and fees, and managing project execution.
• Experience mentoring, developing, and leading staff.
• Strong written, verbal, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead business development for the Nashville Civil/Site practice across Tennessee.
• Develop relationships with developers, architects, contractors, brokers, and energy clients.
• Expand relationships to span multiple practices and service lines.
• Lead proposal development, client presentations and interviews, scope/fee development.
• Manage land development projects from proposal to construction, including budget and client expectations.
• Review site layouts, grading plans, stormwater facilities, utilities, and water quality practices.
• Coordinate with clients, subconsultants, and regulatory agencies.
• Mentor junior engineers and technical staff; support professional growth.
