In this role, you will partner with leadership to grow the Civil/Site Practice, mentor engineers, and oversee project management tasks. This position requires extensive civil engineering experience, a degree in Civil Engineering or related, and P.E. licensure. Qualifications

• 15+ years of civil engineering experience or a relevant combination of experience and education.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) licensure, with Tennessee registration or ability to obtain.
• Additional professional certifications such as CPESC, CFM, or PMP are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Apply advanced engineering principles to manage complex projects.
• Develop and mentor teams of engineers and project managers.
• Lead financial management of projects, including resolving complex issues.
• Hire, recruit, and develop staff members.
