Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. (CEC) in our Nashville, TN office seeks a Landscape Architect to lead and contribute to a wide range of private and public sector projects.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop creative, practical solutions meeting client and project needs. The role covers landscape design, site layout, CAD design, bid packages, and quality control, with opportunities to manage projects, engage in client meetings, and contribute to business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture or equivalent; Master's degree preferred.
• Registered Landscape Architect.
• AutoCAD (Civil 3D preferred).
• InDesign.
• PhotoShop (Adobe Suite).
• Lumion.
• GIS (ArcView) - not required but beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Manage and contribute to landscape architecture and land planning projects for private- and public-sector clients.
• Develop landscape and land planning designs, site layouts, grading plans, and site plan renderings.
• Prepare and coordinate CAD-based design drawings and project documentation.
• Collaborate with landscape architects, ecologists, civil engineers, land surveyors, and other technical professionals.
• Prepare bid packages, project submittals, and technical specifications.
• Perform quality control reviews of plans and project deliverables.
• Prepare for and participate in client meetings and public presentations.
• Support client relationship development, networking, and business development activities.

Formation

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture or equivalent; Master's degree preferred
