Job summary

Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. (CEC) is seeking a licensed Landscape Architect to join our Nashville, TN operations.

You will collaborate with in-house landscape architects, ecologists, civil engineers, and land surveyors on a wide range of private and public sector projects. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in Landscape Architecture, 5+ years of experience, TN licensure or ability to obtain, and strong CAD skills (AutoCAD/Civil 3D, LandFX, 3D rendering with Lumion).

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Landscape Architecture required.
• Minimum 5 years of related professional experience.
• TN licensure or ability to obtain licensure.
• AutoCAD (Civil 3D and LandFX preferred).
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency required.
• InDesign and Adobe Photoshop skills helpful.
• Blue Beam experience beneficial.
• Lumion for 3D renderings preferred.
• GIS (ArcView) is a plus but not required.
• Portfolio and references required.
• CLARB registration preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on project design across private and public sector.
• Coordinate with landscape architects, ecologists, civil engineers, surveyors.
• Prepare submittal packages for agency review.
• Review and refine technical specifications.
• Manage site layout, grading and detail design.
• Develop 3D renderings and visualizations.
• Conduct quality control of proposed plans.
• Support client development and networking.

Bachelor's in Landscape Architecture
