Qualifications

• 10+ years in engineering or project management within industrial settings.
• Experience leading capital projects from initial concept through startup.
• Strong knowledge of PMP practices and project controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead capital projects from $2M to $50M USD, from FEL to turnover.
• Manage scope, cost, schedule, safety, quality, and performance.
• Develop execution strategies and roadmaps aligned with business goals.
• Maintain project controls, risk registers, and communication plans.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and operations teams.
• Ensure compliance with Celanese standards and safety regulations.
